Pineapple poker or crazy pineapple, is a fun variation of the standard Texas Hold’em. Because of this knowing how to play Texas Hold’em ahead of time will be helpful. There are a few main factors that differentiate pineapple poker from hold’em. The first is that pineapple has three pocket cards. The other difference is that one pocket card had to be discarded after the flop.
The game starts by the two players to the left posting the small and large blinds. The other players then place their antes. Then each player is dealt three cards in the face down position. These three cards are referred to as pocket cards. After these cards are dealt there is a round of betting.
